Where do you source the hair from?
WhiteRussian Hair strongly believes in selling ethical hair and works with hair salons across Ukraine, Moldova & Belarus that supply us with natural virgin hair. We do not work with hair traders that use coercion or financial incentives to force girls to chop off their locks.
Where are you based?
We are based in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Our managing director, however, travels frequently to the UK & USA, so it’s possible to set up a personal meeting.
How do I order samples?
We do charge for samples. Usually, we charge the retail price for a 100 gm ponytail or double-drawn strand when clients order samples. However, we can send out very small amounts of hair as samples for the cost of shipping + $75. Send us a request for the kind of hair that you would like and we will send out some samples asap.
Do I need to send payment in advance?
While we can send samples for a small charge, we do require full payment for hair before sending it out. Clients, who are uncomfortable with this, can use Paypal, which has a strong inbuilt protection system for buyers. If the hair is not to your liking, and you let us know within 2 weeks of receiving the hair, it can be sent back, and your payment will be refunded.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, international bank transfers, Western Union and Moneygram. Clients can also pay us by credit card using Paypal.
How much does postage cost?
For orders of 2 kg and under, Fedex costs around $99 to Europe. It can be as little as $79 for smaller orders.
How long does the hair take to arrive?
The hair is sent by Fedex and arrives within 1-2 business days for Europe & America, and 3-4 days for Australia and elsewhere. When we have hair in stock, we send it out within five days of receiving payment. Otherwise, it takes us two weeks to process an order.
Do I have to pay customs duties on the imported hair?
Usually clients do not pay large custom duties on imported hair. It depends on the laws of each country, but usually it should not come to more than a $100 for a large shipment of hair.

Do you sell virgin blond hair?
Usually, virgin hair comes in dark brown, black and chestnut brown colors. A typical order might also include 20-30% of dark blond hair, which is in high demand. We can fill orders for dark blond hair, but it costs a premium of 100%. Email us for more information on that.
